2023 Recipients

Duneland Education Foundation would like to congratulate Bailly Elementary's 1st and 2nd grade classrooms!  They have received an Acorn Grant for 1st Grade Friends and 2nd Grade Sidekicks in the amount of $938.  In this program, every student will receive an animal to read to and with. This program will  help improve their reading fluency and foster their love of reading.

Duneland Education Foundation is very happy to award Brummitt Elementary School an Acorn Grant in the amount of $4,069.35.  This Grant, for play kitchens, will be used by all of the  Kindergartners at Brummitt. PLAY- Playful Learning for All Years is a very successful strategy in helping build skills in interpersonal communication and cooperative learning.

Duneland Education Foundation is thrilled to present this Acorn Grant to Liberty Elementary! They will use this grant in the amount of $4,520 to a provide calming space in every classroom in Liberty.  This valuable program will help all students be more successful learners.
