Background

Graduating Chesterton High School seniors may apply for this $1,000 scholarship, renewable for three more years with an acceptable grade average and continuing volunteer service.

The following criteria will be used to decide the recipients:

1. a completed student application form
2. two adult references, one whom has supervised you in a volunteer capacity, and a written recommendation from one of the references.
